PROCESS CONTROL develops and supplies pneumatic conveying systems, especially for the plastics processing industry. For this purpose receiver with different design and size are used, which are selected according to the task. Activation takes place via a corresponding PLC control with touch screen HMI. Depending on the flow rate and conveying distance, annular gap blowers, claw pumps or Roots Blowers are used as vacuum pumps. The Vacubloc vacuum distributions developed by PROCESS CONTROL are extremely low maintenance and operate steady and reliably over many years of operation. Using ENERGYcut, a dedicated load and on-demand controller, can save up to two-thirds of energy and reduce noise levels up to 75 dB (A).Performance ranges from a few kilograms per hour up to more than 10,000 kg / h are possible.
